Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Aruna Diagnostics, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to ensure that our clients receive the best laboratory and diagnostic solutions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms related to order cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment:
    Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation and before the product is dispatched. No cancellation charges will be applied if the request is made within this period.

  • After Shipment:
    Once an item is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may contact us to understand your eligibility for a return (if applicable).

2. Return Policy

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom-made or special-order equipment.

  • Used or installed equipment.

  • Consumables and medical disposables.

  • Products without a valid proof of purchase.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed only after inspection of the returned product and approval by our technical team.

  • Once approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • In cases of partial returns or product exchanges, only the balance amount (if applicable) will be refunded.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or defective product).

  • For eligible returns, the customer must bear the return shipping cost unless otherwise agreed.

5. Warranty & Service Issues

For issues after the return window has closed:

  • Customers are advised to contact our service team or the manufacturer under the product’s warranty policy.
