1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation and before the product is dispatched. No cancellation charges will be applied if the request is made within this period. -
After Shipment:
Once an item is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may contact us to understand your eligibility for a return (if applicable).
2. Return Policy
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or not as described.

The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
Non-returnable items include:

Custom-made or special-order equipment.

Used or installed equipment.

Consumables and medical disposables.

Products without a valid proof of purchase.
3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed only after inspection of the returned product and approval by our technical team.

Once approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

In cases of partial returns or product exchanges, only the balance amount (if applicable) will be refunded.
4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or defective product).

For eligible returns, the customer must bear the return shipping cost unless otherwise agreed.

For issues after the return window has closed:
